Grey King loved every bit of the situation he was now faced with. His team desired the chance to properly prove themselves and now they had it. The soldiers of Cortez and the Canadian government were locked in a three-way battle with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Addison would not prove lacking in the challenge. Despite, the cramping nature of the battlegrounds he would make sure his team came out on top. Actually, he would make sure things worked to his advantage. Looking up to the hole he had made in the warehouse roof the leader of the mutant terrorists smiled. Reaching out with his telekinetic power he began to shake the entirety of the roof with the goal to rip it asunder and give himself maneuvering room.

His task was cut short as he was slammed in the back by a brutally large constructed humanoid composed of light. Addison and the formation of light went tumbling through the air until Falk was able to use his telekinesis and toss the creature through the side of the building. Readjusting himself in the air just in time to see Babylon diving towards him, Grey King groaned in anticipation of the coming pain.

The two bodies slammed into each and if it had not been for Grey King's telekinetic field he would have surely been dead from the blow. This Babylon was showing no mercy and Addison wasn't able to concentrate sufficiently enough to get any solid lock on the man's mind. Fabian's soldier had made his moves well and Addison had to compensate for it quickly. He wasn't quick enough though as the two slammed into the floor and created a large smoking crater. It took a few minutes before anyone was visible, but Babylon eventually came out of the smoke with Grey King over his shoulder. There was no expression on the Acolyte's face. No sign of the fact he had just proven himself victorious over the leader of the Brotherhood. There was only cold determination. He was far from finished. He still had work to do.

With a heave, he flung the unconscious body of Grey King off his shoulder and was again about to take flight when a large root exploded from the concrete and wrapped itself around Babylon's face. The mutant was caught off guard and unable to think of any sort of counterattack as he was lifted into the air by the plant life. With his oxygen supply cut off from him, Babylon quickly slipped into unconsciousness and was gently put on the ground by his attacker, Shaman. If Shaman had been raised any other way he would have lifted and dropped Babylon repeatedly just in the hopes of killing him. They had taken a child! What sort of monsters used a baby as bait? Twoyoungmen had been raised to be patient in all matters...even the most trying ones. So he had taken mercy on Babylon and thanked him for taking care of Grey King.

"Where is my child?!!!" Diamond Lil yelled as she flunged a large slab of concrete at Fantomex. She had chosen the man all dressed in white because of just how bold he was. He had the nerve to wear all white and he would be so despicable as to kill old women! The distraught mother wanted to rip every member of the Brotherhood and Acolytes limb from limb. She had the power to do it too, not counting some of the bigger members.

Fantomex dodged the slab and charged towards Lil. He shot out two of his diamond tipped bullets and hoped to hit both of his opponents kneecaps. Unlike normal bullets his bullets would pierce through her because they had the gift of being slightly intangible. His weapons could probably pierce even the most invulnerable of opponents. If he found the time maybe he'd give them a whirl on Juggernaut.

Diamond Lil didn't give a damn about the bullets and kept her focus on Fantomex. Leaping forward she slammed her feet into the former Mossad agent's chest and sent him flying backwards. Fantomex skidded along the ground and came to a halt some 50 feet away from the angry mother. The attack didn't even seem to cause Fantomex to miss a beat as he quickly jumped up and fired another salvo at Diamond Lil.

The Alphan was going to run full force into the bullets and barrel right past them. She didn't know the true nature of Fantomex's bullets and by running into them she fell prey to another special property of Fantomex's bullets. They were all lined with a deadly nerve toxin that would probably only act as a tranquilizer to someone of Diamond Lil's nature. So she collapsed to the floor once the bullets had made their way through her body and knocked off a few pieces of concrete from a pillar.

"Bigger they are..." Fantomex smirked underneath his mask as he let his sentence trail off.

Gryphon raked her claws across the back of Omega Red and recieved a punch in return for it. Ekatrina's head snapped back, but she kept her claws sunk in. In all honesty she was suprised she was still alive at all. Her heightened immune system was keeping her alive even though a high dosage of the Death Spore Virus had entered her via Omega Red's tentacles. The Russian was proving to be more of a bastard than she already thought he was.

"Keep on him!" Post yelled as he punched Omega Red in the gut and struck him across the face. All three combatants had one thing in common and if that man was here they'd probably be battling him. They all had been former underlings to Mr. Sinister. Post and Omega Red had worked under Essex during the time when Apocalypse had ravaged the world. Gryphon was brought into Sinister's fold during Shadow King's time of near triumph.

Tremain's blows felt like jackhammers, but Arkady was never a man who complained about pain. He just dished it out in fair amounts. As his head swung to the side from Post's blow, one of his tentacles wrapped itself around the blue man's neck and squeezed tightly. The former herald of Onslaught felt the squeeze and tried his best to keep battering away at Omega Red.

Gryphon wrapped her hands around Omega Red's face and took her legs across his neck. She was hoping to block his vision and put a squeeze on his neck as well. Maybe with that bit of distraction Post would be able to do something and take down the Russian freak.

With Gryphon's attack Tremain felt the tentacle of Omega Red loosen and he was able to free himself. With an anger filled growl he unleashed four energy pods from his shoulders and sent them into Omega Red's chest. There was a bright blue light and a large explosion that knocked Post on his back. When he looked up he saw a smoking Omega Red and an unconcious Gryphon. He knew that his attack would harm his teammate, but it had been his hope that it would take out Arkady too. He was wrong.

"Is that all you have comrade? May I show you something," Omega Red said as he slung one of his metal appendages across Post's face and the other one ripped through the concrete until it popped up from the ground underneath Tremain. The tentacle ripped through with such force that it ripped through Post's arm. Once it was through tearing through muscle and bone it wrapped around Post's shoulder and flung him into the air.

Then, using the tentacles as leverage Omega Red shot himself up into the air and headbutted Post. Tremain tumbled through the air and slammed into the ground hard. He moaned softly and was near unconciousness. To finish the deed Omega Red grabbed hold of the slab that Diamond Lil had tossed Fantomex's way and beat Post repeatedly in the head with it until Tremain was out cold. Throwing the slab to the side Omega Red dusted his hands off, "It is finished."

"Not quite yet!" Guardian exclaimed as he slammed into the Russian and lifted him into the air.

Glance gripped his energy javelin tightly. He wore fingerless jean gloves and had on a torn jean jacket with no sleeves. Underneath the jacket was a black shirt with a cartoony picture of Sinister being thrown into a grave. The male genetic copy of Blink knelt down in his dirty jean pants and smiled at his opponent, "I heard you were immortal Crule. I figured I could try and test that theory out."

The External growled at the challenge, "Bring it on muffin. I'm sure I can show how the real boys play."

"Bruh no offense, but you're wearing some beat up orange shorts that probably belonged to a 60s basketball team. I think its pretty obvious how you like to get down!"

Crule cried out in anger as he charged forward like a football lineman towards Glance. The creation of Sinister smiled as he ran forward as well and slammed a javelin into the External's head. Crule managed to rake Glance across the chest, but Glance had gotten the better end of the deal. Spatial energy was ripping through Crule's body and he could feel his very molecules on fire.

Glance wasn't one to know when to stop though and he threw three more javelins into Crule's chest causing him to be enveloped in pink spatial energy and eventually making him into a bloody pile of flesh and blood. Glance knew that Crule would recover from the attack, but it would take him far too long for him to be of anymore significance in this battle.

Licking his thumb Glance said, "Another one bites the dust."

Napalm pulled back her hair and laughed, "You Canadian bacon strips aren't even worth the effort on my part."

"How old are you kid? 12?" Vindicator asked.

Napalm groaned, "15 bitch and you better damn well remember it."

Vindicator shook her head as she erected her forcefield. She had to fight a child and it was bugging the hell out of her, but the young girl had made her choice when she aligned with the Brotherhood.

"Do you really want to do this child?" Shaman asked as he approached Napalm from behind.

The Asian woman snickered, "So you think you two can overwhelm me? Ha! Come again."

"No one is trying to overwhelm you here. We just don't understand why you feel the need to fight," Vindicator said.

"You support the humans who oppress us! You yourself are human! The world makes us small and unimportant. With the Brotherhood I can make them listen," Napalm exclaimed as she began to power up.

"I'm sorry child, but you shall have to find another way," Shaman said sadly as he used his powers to make the air in Napalm's lungs toxic as he wrapped her in large brown roots that further stole away precious air from her.

Michael shook his head as he unleashed the unconsciousness Napalm, "Such a waste of youth."

Tremolo and Omega Red looked about the carnage that had become of the three way stand-off between Alpha Flight, the Brotherhood, and the Acolytes with frustration. Looking to Rossvich the former Helles' Belle said, "We need to get out of here! Fight this fight another day."

With his thick Russian accent Omega Red replied, "Da! I don't see this going anywhere good for the Brotherhood."

"We should have bought Landslide and the others," Tremolo complained.

"Too late for regrets," Guardian said as he slammed into Tremolo and knocked her clear out of the building.

Omega Red wrapped his tentacles around the distracted Guardian and slammed him into the ground. Turning to the last standing member of the Brotherhood, Fantomex, Arkady said, "We need to go. I'll grab Grey King! Forget the others!"

Fantomex nodded and proceeded to unleash a hail of diamond tipped bullets to cover his escape from the battle. The chaotic nature of the fight allowed him to slip away easily and he could only hope that his left behind teammates would find some means of escape.

Cortez saw the running Brotherhood members and laughed, "Run Brotherhood! Save your pathetic lives!"

"I suggest you save yours by surrendering now," a feminine voice said from above. It was Shadowcat phasing through the roof of the building with Bishop and Marcus Raven in tow.

"By order of SHIELD you are under arrest. Don't make this difficult," Marcus warned.

Cortez gritted his teeth. It was better for him to go on another day than to make his last stand here. Alpha Flight and the Brotherhood would both pay dearly for stopping him. He could almost hear Sinister laughing from far away. Another day though. Another day soon.

"Gentry called us in and explained the situation. Fury ordered us to immediately come in and assist," Marcus explained.

"Well, the aid is much appreciated," Guardian said gripping his throat tenderly.

"Where will they all be taken?" Vindicator asked.

"That's classified," Marcus smiled.

Jadianna had her arms folded across her chest as she made her way into the abode of Dark Beast. He was eagerly awaiting her arrival with a face wide grin. The daughter of Storm and Wolverine had been expecting as much from the lowly creature. So she returned the grin and said, "A job well done. You've managed to do exactly what Sinister asked you to. I'm impressed."

"It was a simple matter really now where is my payment?" Dark Beast asked.

"I have it right here," Jadianna replied as lightning shot out of her eyes and enveloped the body of Dark Beast. He cried out in anguish as his body was set afire, but the cries fell on deaf ears. Jadianna Logan had lead wars across hundreds of worlds. Hearing someone in pain was like hearing someone breathe to her.

Stopping her attack Jadianna bent over and grabbed the ankle of her opponent; "Sinister wants to have a few words with you."

A terrasect portal opened up only a few feet away from Logan as she began to drag Dark Beast towards it. Everything had worked out the way Sinister wanted it to and he had Canada's superteam to thank for it. It wouldn't be too often that he would able to thank the forces of his good for his success.
