"Would someone please hit Tigra!" Moses Magnum yelled to his lackies.

"They couldn't hit me even if I stood still," Tigra shot back to Moses Magnum as she was playing hit and run with Moses's goons. Tigra wanted to end this battle quickly though so she could help her teammates.

Luckily for her she brought a sonic screamer device with her from Reed's inventory. She had been waiting to use it, but now seemed like the right time. She put in the earplugs that came with the device and activated it by pressing the red button in the center.

"ARRGH!" Moses Magnum and his troops cried out, falling to the ground. Tigra leapt away, knowing that the authorities would be on their way soon.

Portland

"Who are you guys?" Maggott asked the five animal/human hybrids standing in front of him.

"I am Rolias the beast of venom," the spider/human being said.

"I am Ligis the beast of might," the tiger/human being said.

"I am Sesom the beast of hate," the snake/human being said.

"I am Erafyot the beast of evil creation," the falcon/human being said.

"Last, but not least I am Levior the beast of evolution," the Mixosaurus/human creature said.

"Collectively we are know as the Beasts of Tiresias," Ligis said.

"Well, guys this little tussle we have been having is fun,but I really got to split. So I guess I will just have to finish you guys off quickly," Maggott said.

"I don't see that happening," Levior said. Maggott suddenly was covered in vipers all of which were biting him with deadly poison.

"You guys are..." Maggott fell to the ground unable to finish his sentence.

"I don't appreciate what you have done to my friend here," Tigra said leaping to Maggott's side and pulling him away from the vipers.

"Another sheep for us to crush," Ligis said laughing jumping up into the air and hitting Tigra in the face, knocking her out.

"I suggest you guys start learning some manners. After all, you are of godly descent," Ares said, coming out of a portal.

"What on Earth do you want Ares?" Sesom asked.

"I want to make sure these heroes are around to fight Medea, and you are putting a cramp in that," Ares said lifting the Beasts of Tiresias into the air and teleporting them to the North Pole. He then touched Maggott and Tigra bringing them to full health. "Zeus better feel lucky I don't want Olympus leveled," Ares said, stepping back into the portal from whence he came.

Elsewhere in Portland

"We are tired of you Diablo, and your sick attitude. We are leaving this battle!" Binary said flying off into the air. All her other comrades followed by their own means of transportation.

"It seems your buddies got tired of fighting with us," Ben said grinning.

"As I have," Diablo said, making the air around Ben and Reed turn to gold locking them in a gold chamber.

"Pitiful fools," Diablo said, running away from the scene of the battle.

"Watch this Reed!" Ben yelled as he grew to a large enough size to bust through the gold.

Attilan

"Black Bolt, you have got to talk!" Invisible Woman pleaded.

"Yes my love you must do it to defeat Morgan Le Fay and save our city," Medusa said.

"Will you do it?" Invisible Woman asked. At first Black Bolt looked unsure, but then he nodded. Mutant Forger then placed a telekinetic field around every Inhuman in the city to protect them from Black Bolt's sonic blast.

"Stop," Black Bolt simply said. Buildings were leveled left and right as were the fields where the Inhumans food grew. When the blast reached Morgan Le Fay she fell to the ground unconscious. The telekinetic fields were dropped and Mutant Forger fell to the ground, the strain of holding the fields being too much for him.

"The city has been saved, but at what cost?" Triton asked.

"We will rebuild and return to our former grace," Medusa said, trying to console her people.

"I will stay with you, my queen," Triton said, looking to the Invisible Woman.

"I understand Triton, believe me I do. I really appreciate all the help you have given us though. Goodbye for now," Invisible Woman said, picking up Mutant Forger and going onto her ship.

The Next Day at Four Freedoms Plaza

"Over the past weeks we have been warned time and time again of an imminent battle with Medea, the dark soceress. The question is when? I want to be able to know when she is coming and be able to prepare ourselves," Sue said.

"This is all interesting, but we have a temporal disturbance coming up in Vermont," Reed said, pointing to a blip on a big monitor screen.

"Alright let's just check it out, handle the problem and get back here to tackle bigger problems," Invisible Woman said.

Vermont

"This is where the temporal disturbance was coming from," Reed said.

"Hey look there is a woman over there," Tigra said running towards her.

"Are you the hero they call Tigra?" the woman said.

"Yeah and who are you?" Tigra asked.

"I am Lila Storm. I am a descendant of the hero Human Torch. I need the refuge of the Fantastic Four. If not they will have me and my son Brake," Lila said, pulling a baby out of her cloak.

"Whoa! Okay huh... hold on a bit. Reed! Get over here!" Tigra yelled. Reed rapidly came over and Tigra told him everything Lila had told her.

"Lila why are you seeking refuge with the FF?" Reed asked, wanting to know what threat he would have to face.

"I am running from my brother, Bobby, and his Energy Corsairs," Lilia explained.

"Alright let's take her back to the Plaza," Reed said picking her and her baby up.

"Things just seem to be getting more and more complicated," Invisible Woman said to herself.

In the shadows, unknown to the FF, Medea was watching their every move. "So these are the ones destined to defeat me. They have already interfered with me once. I shall not allow them to do so again," Medea said to herself as she teleported off to another locale.
