With her cousin ruling Atlantis and Oracle Inc sold off, Namorita has no more responsibilities - and loves it. Young Takeshi Matsuya is a mutant confined to a wheelchair - but a mutant who can create any technology he desires. Originally allied with X-Factor, Takeshi used his powers in order to earn him enough money to retire at the age of 16. Now, with specially-made leg braces of his own design, Takeshi joins Force Works in hopes of a good challenge.
