In
the armored guise of The Beetle, Abe Jenkins
battled
Spider-Man and Daredevil, then reformed under the name
MACH-1. After being jailed for murder, Abe relinquished
this identity too; now, free from prison and on the outs
with his former teammates, Jenkins has returned to his
original Beetle identity. |

Botanist
Samuel Smithers developed a gun that could
stimulate and control plantlife and adopted the villainous
identity of Plantman; he was, however, defeated repeatedly
by various superheroes, making him a joke among his peers.
Recently his body has transformed as a result of his gun's
energy, rendering him more plant than man as Taproot. |

When
his life as a Maggia wiseguy went belly up, Mark
Scarlotti took up a costume and a cybernetic whip and
became the assassin known as Blacklash, one of Iron
Man’s most fearsome enemies. Now, when not pursuing
reconciliation with his wife and daughter, Mark spends
his time with his two partners, Boomerang and Blizzard. |

Donny
Gill, a former small-time
hood, inherited the identity of
the former Iron Man villain Blizzard, with a suit that allowed
him to manipulate cryogenics and sub-zero temperatures.
Uneasy about his position as a super-villain, Donny fell in
love with Songbird and was the person responsible for taking
care of her after the disbanding of the Thunderbolts.

The
grandson of the original Citizen V, John Watkiss III
was
rendered comatose several years ago during a mission for the
V-Batallion. During his time of inactivity, Baron Zemo
adopted the guise of Citizen V, tarnishing the mantle's
reputation. Upon awakening to find the V-Batallion
completely destroyed, Watkiss has vowed revenge on Zemo.
